We can provide an estimated quote base on floorplan provided. To have a exact quotation, we do provide free onsite measurements and samples viewing for all of our clients.

Our products come with a 1 year warranty that covers the system mechanism. It excludes fabric, improper usage, improper cleaning, and Acts of God. Installations on weak or unreinforced false ceilings are not covered by a warranty. For it to be eligible for replacement, any defects and necessary adjustments must be made known to us on the day of installation. As  our installation fees are based on a single trip, any additional trips will incur a material and labor charge.

All our orders are customized base on your windows sizes, once your order is confirmed we are not able to accept any cancellation, changes, exchanges or refunds. If a cancellation is made, the total agreed price of the order has to be paid.
